Selection Process
- Merit List: System-generated based on SSE (10th) marks percentage (up to 4 decimal accuracy)

- If grades/points: Converted to marks (Grade Point × 9.5)
- If CGPA: CGPA × 9.5
- Tie Breaking: DOB (older age), then category priority (ST trans-woman, ST female, SC trans-woman, SC female, etc.)
- Document Verification: Physical verification by Divisional/Unit Head within 15 days of shortlisting
- Pre-engagement Formalities: 3-day basic training, arrangement of accommodation (for BPM)
- Provisional Engagement: Pending verification from issuing authorities
- Final Engagement: After successful verification of all documents
