2. Marks Calculation:
   • If marks mentioned: Aggregate percentage calculated
   • If grades/points: Converted to marks (Grade Point × 9.5)
   • If CGPA: CGPA × 9.5
3. Tie Breaking: DOB (older age), then category priority (ST trans-woman, ST female, SC trans-woman, SC female, etc.)
4. Document Verification: Physical verification by Divisional/Unit Head within 15 days of shortlisting
5. Pre-engagement Formalities: 3-day basic training, arrangement of accommodation (for BPM)
6. Provisional Engagement: Pending verification from issuing authorities
7. Final Engagement: After successful verification of all documents

Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM):
