Required Degree: Bachelor of Planning / Post Graduate Diploma Course in Remote Sensing and GIS (Specialization in Urban and Regional Studies) / Master in Planning / Master in Town Planning / Master in Regional Planning / Master in Urban Planning / Master in City Planning / Master in Country Planning or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

Total PwBD Posts: 4% of total vacancies (as per Government Order No. 962 dated 22.01.2021)

Category-wise Distribution:

• Visual Impairment (VI): 02 Posts

• Deaf & Dumb (DD): 01 Post

• Orthopedically Handicapped (OH): 00 Post

• Multiple Disability (MD): 01 Post

Note: 40% or more disability certificate required from Civil Surgeon/CMO

✓ Candidates must apply online only through official website: www.bpsc.bihar.gov.in

✓ One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory before applying

✓ Upload recent passport size photograph (less than 20kb in jpg/jpeg format)

✓ Upload signature (less than 20kb, width 150-220 pixels, height 250-320 pixels)

✓ Keep scanned copies of educational certificates ready

✓ Payment can be made through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card

✓ Print the application form after successful payment

✓ No offline application will be accepted

✓ Candidates should regularly check official website for updates

✓ Age relaxation as per Government norms for reserved categories

Step 5: Upload photograph and signature

Step 6: Pay application fee online
