✅ 10+2 in Science with Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (Full Time Course)

OR

✅ B.Sc in Laboratory Technology from any recognized institute (Full Time Course)

✅ Posts are on contract basis initially up to 31st March 2027, extendable based on performance

✅ Submit bio-data on prescribed application format (available on website)

✅ Attach self-attested photocopies of all certificates from matriculation onwards

✅ Include one recent attested passport size photograph

✅ SC/OBC candidates must attach caste certificate from competent authority

✅ Only OBC candidates from UT Chandigarh State List are eligible

✅ Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be entertained

✅ No TA/DA will be paid for written test

✅ Administration reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or cancel the test without reason
