Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (75 Marks)

Online CBT with 75 multiple choice questions (1 mark each). Duration: 90 minutes. No negative marking. Qualifying marks: OC/EWS – 40%, BC – 35%, SC/ST/PwBD – 30%.

2. Experience (15 Marks)

One mark for every completed block of 6 months service. Experience must be from Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Institutions or hospitals with minimum 500 beds and statutory compliance (EPF/ESI).

3. Interview (10 Marks)

Final merit list based on CBT + Experience + Interview marks. In case of tie, elder in age is preferred; if age is also tied, more experienced candidate is selected.
