205 apprenticeships are now open under the Airports Authority of India, Northern Region. AAI has released Advertisement No. 01/2026/APPRENTICE/GRADUATE/DIPLOMA/ITI/NR for engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices for the year 2026-27. This is a one-year apprenticeship training program at various airports in the Northern Region. Candidates who are domiciles of Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand are eligible to apply. The training will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 (Graduate), ₹14,000 (Diploma), and ₹9,600 (ITI). Selection Process

The selection process for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 includes the following stages:

Stage 1: Shortlisting

Provisional selection will be made based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Date of birth and date of passing will be taken as seniority in case of equal percentage of marks. CGPA shall be converted into percentage as per the norms of the concerned Educational Board/University.

Stage 2: Document Verification

Eligible candidates will be called for document verification at the establishment office through registered email IDs only. Candidates must produce original documents and submit self-attested copies.

Stage 3: Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview/Document verification through their registered email IDs only. The final selection will be based on Interview/verification of certificates.

Stage 4: Medical Examination

Candidates found medically fit will be selected for training. A Medical Fitness Certificate must be submitted at the time of joining.

  2. Click on Student: Click the “Student” button on the top right.
  3. Select General Student: Choose “General student” for Diploma/Graduate pass-out students.
  4. Student Registration: Click on “Student Registration.”
  5. OTP Verification: Enter mobile number and email for OTP verification.
  6. e-KYC Verification: Enter Aadhaar number and verify OTP received on Aadhaar-linked mobile.
  7. Fill Registration Form: Fill personal and educational details. Set password.
  8. Email Verification: Verify account from the email link sent to registered email.
  9. Login: Login using registered email ID and password.
  10. Complete Profile: Fill basic details, educational details (fetch/upload provisional certificate), communication details, and training preferences.
  11. APAAR ID: Fetch APAAR ID through Digi Locker. If you don’t have APAAR ID, create one from ABC portal.
