Age Limit (as on 23rd February 2026)
- Junior Hindi Translator: Not less than 18 years and not exceeding 30 years
- Security Assistant/Watch & Ward Assistant: Not less than 18 years and not exceeding 28 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Not less than 18 years and not exceeding 25 years
Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules for OBC (3 years for MTS), PwBD (10-13 years), Ex-Servicemen (3 years after deduction of service), and other categories as per notification.
Educational Qualification
1. Junior Hindi Translator (Post Code-A):
- Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language as compulsory/elective subject OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as medium/compulsory subjects
- Recognized Diploma/Certificate in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa OR 2 years experience of translation work in Central/State Government offices
2. Security Assistant/Watch & Ward Assistant (Post Code-B):
- Ex-servicemen, JCO in Army or equivalent in Paramilitary Forces
- 5 years experience in security work
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (Post Code-C):
- Matriculation or equivalent pass from recognized Board
- Desirable: Intermediate (12th Class) Pass
