Monthly benefit is ₹2,100, paid directly to the bank account via DBT. All eligible women in the same family can apply separately – there is no cap on the number of beneficiaries per household. Apply via the Lado Lakshmi App (Android and iPhone). Operative from 25 September 2025.
Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 – Overview
The Haryana Government has officially released the gazette notification for the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY), operative across the entire state from 25 September 2025. The Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 eligibility and monthly benefit Haryana scheme provides ₹2,100 per month to every eligible woman through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) – with no application fee and no office visits required. One widely missed detail from the official gazette: there is no restriction on the number of eligible women per family who can receive this benefit. In a household with three eligible women, all three can independently receive ₹2,100 per month.

Monthly Benefit and Payment Details
| Benefit Component | Detail |
|---|---|
| Monthly Amount | ₹2,100 per month (standard) |
| Optional Reduced Amount | Beneficiary may voluntarily choose a lesser amount |
| Payment Mode | Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) via PFMS – directly to beneficiary’s bank account |
| First Payment Month | Benefit accrues from the month DDLLY ID is generated; disbursed in the following month |
| Annual Total | ₹25,200 per year per eligible woman |
| Monthly Liveness Check | Face authentication via Lado Lakshmi App (Blink to Click) required every month after first payment |
The scheme is administered through PFMS – India’s centralised payment system for government disbursements – which ensures the amount reaches the beneficiary’s Aadhaar-linked bank account without middlemen. If a bank account is reported invalid or payment fails for two consecutive months, disbursement is put on hold until corrected bank details are updated through the Lado Lakshmi App and verified by CRID.
Compared to the Ladli Social Security Allowance (which pays ₹2,750/month but is limited to unmarried women above 45 years), the Lado Lakshmi Yojana at ₹2,100/month covers a far broader age range from 23 years onwards, making it the wider-reach scheme for younger women in low-income families in Haryana.
Important Dates
| Event | Date |

| First Disbursement | Month following DDLLY ID generation |
This scheme has no fixed application deadline – eligible women can apply at any time through the Lado Lakshmi App. However, applying earlier means the CRID verification and DDLLY ID generation happen sooner, and the ₹2,100 monthly benefit begins earlier.
Eligibility Criteria – Detailed
| Criterion | Requirement | Verification Source |
|---|---|---|
| Gender | Woman only | Aadhaar / ID documents |
| Age | 23 years or above | Aadhaar / Birth Certificate |
| Family Income | Annual family income ≤ ₹1,00,000 | Family Information Database Repository (FIDR) |
| Residency | 15+ years in Haryana (self, or husband for inter-state marriages) | Residence Certificate / PPP Database |
| Bank Account | Active bank account in beneficiary’s own name | PFMS bank account validation |
| Tax Status | Not an income tax payee | CRID / PPP verification |
| Employment | Not employed in Govt./Govt.-controlled body with family income exceeding ₹1 lakh | PPP / CRID database |
Income is verified using the Family Information Database Repository (FIDR) – the Haryana Government’s PPP (Parivar Pehchaan Patra) linked database. Applicants do not need to submit a separate income certificate; the income figure used for eligibility determination is the one already present in the FIDR against their family’s PPP ID. If the PPP income data is incorrect, update it at the PPP portal before applying, as CRID verification is based solely on this database.
How to Apply for Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025
- Download the Lado Lakshmi App on your Android or iPhone smartphone. The app is developed by HARTRON (Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation).
- Register on the app using your Aadhaar number and mobile number.
- Fill in personal and family information including: Aadhaar details of self and all family members, Residence Certificate details, income information, HKRN (Haryana Karya Registration Number) ID, electricity connection details, vehicle ownership details, and bank account details.
- Submit the application. You will receive a unique Registration ID on successful submission.
- Your application is automatically transmitted to CRID (Chief Resident Information Department) in real time for verification against the PPP database.
- CRID completes verification within 15 days. If eligible, you will receive an SMS asking you to confirm your preferred benefit amount (₹2,100 or a lesser amount of your choice) on the app using your Registration ID.
- Confirm your benefit amount choice and provide consent through the Lado Lakshmi App.
- Your DDLLY ID is generated within 2 working days of CRID sending the final list (sent by 7th of each month). Bank details are automatically validated through PFMS and the first payment is credited in the subsequent month.
- ✔ Aadhaar card – of self and all family members
- ✔ Residence Certificate showing 15+ years of Haryana residency
- ✔ HKRN (Haryana Karya Registration Number) ID
- ✔ Electricity connection details (of the household)
- ✔ Vehicle ownership information (if any)
- ✔ Active bank account details – in the applicant’s own name
- ✔ PPP (Parivar Pehchaan Patra) ID – ensure income data in PPP is updated before applying
- ✔ SC/ST/OBC/EWS caste certificate – if availing reservation-linked verification
(1) Submitting an application with incorrect income figures – CRID verifies income from the FIDR/PPP database only; if the PPP database shows income above ₹1 lakh (even if actual income is lower), the application will be marked ineligible and a fresh application must be submitted after correcting PPP data.
(2) Using a bank account that is not in the applicant’s own name – PFMS validates account ownership; a joint account or husband’s account cannot be used. The benefit will be put on hold and the account must be corrected through the app.
(3) Missing the monthly face authentication (Liveness Detection) – after the first payment, the Blink-to-Click face authentication must be completed every month through the Lado Lakshmi App. Failure to do this will suspend disbursement until the liveness check is completed.

Grievance Redressal Process
Grievances can be raised directly through the Lado Lakshmi App’s dedicated grievance window. Select the relevant category, enter your remarks, and submit. The grievance is automatically routed to the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), who must resolve it within 7 working days. For data-related issues, DSWO forwards to CRID; for app or technical issues, to HARTRON.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How much money is given under Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 and when is it paid?
- Under the scheme, ₹2,100 per month is directly credited to the eligible woman’s bank account through DBT via PFMS. The benefit accrues from the month the DDLLY ID is generated and is disbursed in the following month. Annually, an eligible woman receives ₹25,200. The beneficiary may also voluntarily choose a lesser amount than ₹2,100 if preferred – this choice is made on the Lado Lakshmi App after verification.
- How to apply for Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025 and what app is used?
- Applications are submitted through the Lado Lakshmi App developed by HARTRON, available on both Android and iPhone. Download the app, register with your Aadhaar and mobile number, fill the family and personal details, and submit. No office visit, no physical form, and no application fee is required. After submission you receive a Registration ID and CRID completes verification within 15 days.
- Can all women in the same family get the Lado Lakshmi benefit?
- As per the official gazette notification, there is no restriction on the number of eligible women in a family who can avail the benefit. If a household has two or three women who individually meet the age, income, and residency criteria, each of them can apply and receive ₹2,100 per month separately. Each eligible woman is treated as an independent beneficiary.
- What is the income limit for Lado Lakshmi Yojana 2025?
- The family’s annual income must not exceed ₹1,00,000 (one lakh rupees) as verified by the Family Information Database Repository (FIDR) linked to the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP) system. The government does not accept a self-declared income certificate – the PPP income figure is used for eligibility. Candidates with PPP income data that is incorrect or outdated should update their PPP records before applying.
- Can a woman receiving cancer treatment assistance also get Lado Lakshmi benefit?
- Candidates receiving Financial Assistance for Stage III and IV Cancer patients, Financial Assistance for Rare Diseases, or assistance for Haemophilia, Thalassemia, or Sickle Cell Anemia can avail the Lado Lakshmi Yojana benefit simultaneously. These specific medical assistance schemes are explicitly exempted from the exclusion list in the official gazette notification. All other Social Security Financial Assistance schemes – including the Old Age Samman Allowance and Ladli Social Security Allowance – do exclude a woman from DDLLY eligibility.
- Can a government employee’s wife apply for Lado Lakshmi Yojana?
- A woman employed in a Government department or Government-controlled organisation is not eligible if her family income exceeds ₹1 lakh per year. However, if her family income (as recorded in FIDR) is within ₹1 lakh annually despite government employment (part-time or low-income contractual work), she may be eligible – subject to CRID verification. The exclusion applies when both conditions are met: government employment AND family income exceeding the limit.
- What happens if wrong information is given in the Lado Lakshmi application?
- If the benefit was sanctioned based on incorrect information, the District Social Welfare Officer has the authority to recover the entire wrongly paid amount along with 12% annual interest. Recovery can be imposed on the beneficiary, her husband, or son, or treated as arrears of land revenue. In cases where no movable or immovable property exists, civil imprisonment can be enforced to recover the amount. Providing false information is a serious legal risk.
