Selection Process – Panel Formation

Stage 1: Online Application

Apply online through ICSIL website (www.icsil.in) under the Career section. Pay the one-time registration fee of ₹590. The application window is 4-11 July 2026.

Stage 2: Empanelment

Subject to eligibility scrutiny and verification, candidates found eligible shall be empanelled. Empanelment is based on Application ID order (first registered, first considered).

Stage 3: Referral to Client Department

As and when requisitions are received from client departments, empanelled candidates in the ratio of 1:3 are sent to the client department as per increasing Application ID order. For cases where ICSIL is asked to deploy required manpower, candidates are sent as per required numbers.

Stage 4: Interview/Interaction

Empanelled candidates may be called for interview/interaction or any other selection process as prescribed by the client department.

Stage 5: Document Verification

Candidates must produce original documents relating to age, educational qualifications, experience, and identity proof. Failure to do so renders them ineligible.

Stage 6: Engagement

Selected candidates are engaged on a contractual basis. Deployment may be anywhere in Delhi/NCR with shift duties.

Selection Process for Different Cases
