Selection Process

The selection process for HNBGU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 is as follows:

Stage 1: Application Scrutiny

Applications will be scrutinized by a Screening Committee. A list of eligible/not-eligible candidates will be prepared. In pursuance of MHRD Letter No. 19-50/2015-Desk-U dated 22.12.2015, there shall be no interview for appointment to Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts carrying Grade Pay of ₹4600/- or less. Accordingly, no interview shall be held for appointment to Group ‘B’ posts.

Stage 4: Document Verification

Candidates who qualify in the written/skill test will be called for document verification. Original certificates must be produced.

Stage 5: Final Selection

The final selection will be based on the performance in the written test/skill test. A reserve panel/waiting list will be valid for one year from the date of selection committee.
