Most common eligibility mistake: Candidates with only a Graduate degree (e.g., BA, B.Com) without PGDCA or ‘A’ Level are NOT eligible for Basic Instructor. Similarly, candidates with MCA but no ME/M.Tech are eligible for Senior Instructor (MCA is explicitly listed).
