Selection Process

For Peon, Copyist, Process Server

Selection based on SSLC/PUC merit marks. Candidates are shortlisted in ratio of 1:10 per vacancy (for Peon/Process Server) and 1:25 per vacancy (for Copyist) based on highest percentage. Shortlisted candidates called for interview (10 marks). Final selection on interview marks.

For Stenographer Grade-III

Step 1: Merit based on PUC/Diploma percentage. Step 2: Skill test – 5 minutes dictation at 120 words per minute, followed by 45 minutes transcription on computer. Step 3: Interview (5% of total marks).
