• B.E/B.Tech (4-year degree) in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Systems, Software Technology, Telecommunication and IT, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Big Data Analytics, Information Security, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Internet of Things (IoT), Quantum Computing, Blockchain Technology, Machine Learning, Cloud Security, Cryptography, or any other relevant discipline with “Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence” as the main discipline.
• OR MCA (Master’s in Computer Application)
• OR M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Application, or Computer and Network Security.
• Must possess valid GATE score in Paper Code CS

Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (GATE Paper Code: DA) – 25 Vacancies

Selection Process

Stage 1: Shortlisting based on GATE Score

Candidates are shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on discipline-wise and category-wise merit. If multiple candidates have the same GATE score, all are shortlisted.

Stage 2: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification with original documents. Non-production of original documents will debar the candidate from appearing for the interview.

Stage 3: Personal Interaction/Interview (50 Marks)

Assessment based on:

• Technical (Academic) knowledge
• Presentation/Communication Skill/Comprehension
• Academic performance (0.05 mark for each percentage in the degree)

Minimum qualifying marks: 50% (UR) / 40% (EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD).

Stage 4: Final Merit

Final selection based on aggregate of:

• 60% weightage of GATE Score (best score from 2024/2025/2026)
• 40% weightage of marks in Personal Interaction/Interview
